Store Policy

At Fate's Hollow, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again.  Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us!

  • Processing time on average is 1-7 business days, if there are any delays you will be contacted via website messaging.

  • Shipping on average is 2-8 days but does depend on the post office.

  • All orders come with insurance so please reach out if there are any damages, missing items or lost packages due to shipping so that a claim can be filed.

  • All orders also come with a tracking number that will come via a confirmation email once your order is packaged.

  • All sales are final. All items are inspected before listing and packaging to ensure they are in proper condition, therefore if something arrives broken, we will not be able to offer a refund, but a claim can be filed with USPS.

  1. Please note, some crystals will have small chips, fissures, natural cracking, etc these things have been taken into consideration when pricing and will be noted in the description/header if they are significant.​

  • In the event of an error on your shipping address please contact us immediately so that it can be corrected, if a package is returned due to wrong address, buyer will need to pay for costs of return postage and shipping back out.
